Role Description

As a Senior Project Manager at Neonode, you’ll have a central role where you’ll interact with most functions within the company, such as Engineering, Sales, and Finance. In addition to working on internal and client-driven projects, you will be part of the PMO team, helping us and the company develop our processes and ways of working to improve overall efficiency. To succeed as a Project Manager, you should be service-oriented, proactive, possess strong technical knowledge of software and embedded products, and most importantly, love working with people. You understand the connection from the discussions at the daily stand-ups to the financial performance of the company. As the face of Neonode, it’s important that you communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

 We are looking for someone who has:

• A passion for leading people
• Experience with the production launch of products involving electronics and software
• The ability to combine agile methodologies with pragmatic leadership to ensure successful delivery
• A passion for improving workflows and creating lasting improvements
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• An academic degree, such as in computer science or engineering
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

 It’s a plus if you have experience with:

• Experience from working in the Automotive environment
• Electronics, embedded systems, and microcontrollers
• Agile and software development environments
• Working with Jira
