About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Director to join our team and help deliver future technology for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, working closely with partners, and demonstrating a strong eagerness to win. Technical skills and knowledge in the automotive field are essential for this role.

As a Sales Director at Neonode, you’ll be part of the Automotive team and report to the VP Marketing & Sales Automotive.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales and sales management, in an international role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven background in developing profitable relationships with key decision makers and influencers including experience in closing complex solution deals.
  • A blend of analytical and technical expertise, strong business insight, and a creative mindset driven by passion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM system HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.


Great to have

  • Working experience within the Automotive industry, preferably within software-as-a-service.
  • Additional language skills beyond the required Swedish and English such as Spanish, French or German.


Frequent Travel
This role is based in Stockholm but requires extensive travel, primarily across Europe. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and working in various locations within the region.
