Electronics Engineer with low-level software knowledge

Job Description
You will be responsible for the electronic design in both existing and new solutions for our touch technology. You will engage in dialogue with customers to explain the electronics and discuss solutions. Additionally, you will work with hardware-related software and test. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both analogue and digital electronics and will be responsible for working with licensed products that offer touch functionalities using infrared (IR) technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop electronic designs and systems, both analogue and digital (schematic, simulations, layout)
- Implement low-level software solutions
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure product reliability and performance
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in analogue and digital electronics design, schematics and layout
- Proficiency in low-level software development
- Proficiency in C
- Proficiency in Altium
- Comfortable troubleshooting electronics and software using oscilloscopes and logic analysers
- Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Good to have
- Familiarity with IR technology (LED, laser/VCSEL) is a plus
- Experience in testing and validation of embedded systems
- Experience with Python, and C#
