About the Job
As our Information Security & Quality Manager, you'll be the backbone of our team, taking charge of our Neonode Management System (NMS). You'll ensure our processes, systems, and ways of working are efficient, deliver business value, and protect our vital information assets. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, interacting with everyone from our CEO to internal managers, employees, and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain and continuously improve NMS to uphold our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. 
• Inform and raise awareness across the organization about information security and quality standards. 
• Develop best practices for process development and continuous improvements. 

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent education. 
• At least 5 years’ experience in information security and quality work. 
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. 
• Extensive experience in the development and management of information security and quality management systems. 
• Process ownership experience. 
• Strong communication and leadership skills. 
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English. 
• Structured, responsible, and analytical with a social and outgoing personality. 

Great to have 

• Knowledge of SharePoint. 
• Experience from development of embedded systems. 
• Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262 and other automotive standards. 
• Understanding of cybersecurity work and related ISO standards, e.g., ISO 21434.
